Works just as well as wipes when applied to thicker toilet paper. YMMV when using the cheaper 1-ply stuff, just because it breaks down so easily regardless of liquid.

This is a decent product, however the TP will break apart. I changed to a gel product from another supplier, makes your TP truly like wet wipes that stay together while you take care of business.
