Its little low heat even on the 2nd level, but it does best for the flat bottom, glass cups. A practical item, worth the price.

Confusing Instructions
The included instructions were very confusing and the interface to operate the device is not user friendly.

It’s handy but doesn’t always keep coffee warm fast enough.
I love the functionality of this but about 7 months later, it doesn’t keep things hot as quick as it used to. Sometimes it doesn’t stay hot at all.

Candle warmer
The smoke detectors in my apartment are suuuuper sensitive so candles are not an option. Using this as a warmer to set a potted candle on. Works great!...and y'all, heat setting #1 is high, #2 is low. Seems backwards I know!

Great Product (PERIOD)
Even though this warmer is used for coffee mugs, I also use it for candles. This product looks very modern and clean. I enjoyed it so much I bought three of them. Personally I feel like this was a great purchase. Please make sure you keep children away. The plate gets super hot.

Doesn’t really work
I bought this so I could melt candles without having a flame. It just doesn’t do it. Really disappointed. I should have sent it back
