Bought this for my teenager and he loves it though he thinks it has more words than illustrations

My 14 year old loves this book. Great way to get them exposed to the engineering.

I first became flustered to find out how much you have to know to become an architect, but the book laid out nicely what are the first steps to be taken and various fields of architecture. Many photos in the book also helped. The book is nicely colored and visually appealing.

My teenage daughter is expressing interest in architecture, so this should make a good first step in her exploration of the subject.
