First one did not work... replacement seems to work great
See update below...Brand new, nothing coming out of coffee machine. It seems like the coffee grinds are dry which means water is not getting to the coffee that was ground. Rinsing is working , frothing is working, ask for espresso and I get a puddle of water under the machine. For 6K, you would think they would check iUpdate... contacted Miele support... they were pretty quick to respond via email. Returned machine to Amazon and got a new one. Just got it yesterday. Very happy with it now (though still upset with the previous incident). Crossing fingers, but really good automatic cleaning making it a very practical machine to use daily without an overhead of cleaning. Really good coffee drinks - beats cafe.Update... very happy. Makes you look forward to wake up in the morning.

wish it did not have Bluetooth!
Why in earth would such a great company with smart traditional values and workmanship put wireless in a coffee maker? Now we have to take it apart to get the antenna out!

**Update** Part 2
I had to ship the machine to Illinois. They fixed the issue with the drive not having the programming for the degreasing of the Brew Unit. They told me they cleaned the machine and it was working. I received the machine within days and while unpacking it, I notice a deep scratch in the aluminum front of the drip tray cover. I called Miele and they agreed to replace the damaged piece. The upside is that I didn't have to pay for anything since the machine was brand new. It's been a wild ride. Good luck everyone!

Solid Machine
Hassle free machine that does everything for you. The only other feature that would have been great for the price is a self chilling built in milk container that I had on my previous machine. Other than that it’s a great, well made product that produces amazing coffee. Highly recommended.

Good luck getting out of warranty service.
Have tried to get service for 2 years, no luck. Called US service and got no help. Worked great until it didn't.
