The chocolate is very nice and I eaten in before i could use it 2 cook with it. It is a good size bar of chocolate and I will buy it again and this time i will cook with it. The taste is not bitter at all and I highly recommend this.

Very good high quality cooking chocolate. I used to make Dubai chocolate bar and everyone loved it.

It was disappointing!
I bought it for making Ganache. Rather disappointed. When I opened the pack the chocolate was a grey colour so I did not use it. Just in case it was off.

Man kann für Kuchen auch billige Backschokolade nehmen, aber mit dieser werden sie einfach besser. Klar, der Preis ist um einiges höher, aber der Geschmacksunterschied macht dies mehr als wett.
