Finally, a spoon with a reasonably deep bowl and a handle less than 6 feet long! This spoon is excellent: mixes well, scraps the sides, and works very well when dumping batter into muffin cups. The blue is not my fav but the spoon sure is!

But I ended up actually using it for cooking as intended. I'm entertained and surprised by how handy this utensil can be for some foods (ie separating noodles or mixing in sauces). I had no expectations but it is actually a quality product, assuming you need an oversized silicone fork. My original plan was to use this to excavate soil from around tree roots since the silicone should protect roots from damage if poked, but that usage will now have to wait until this utensil shows signs of damage from intended usage. I would consider the size to be at the smaller end for a cooking utensil.

Got this to replace a black plastic spoon as part of a move away from using as much plastic around food as possible. It’s a good length and thickness to be versatile and sturdy but not unwieldy. It’s soft in the hand but not sticky or rough. Color is a good match for the photos.

I wanted a smaller spoon to scoop out some bacon grease from a saute pan after cooking some bacon, onions and garlic for making baked beans. It worked great! It is just flexible enough to get all of it out when tipping the pan to one side at an angle.

I recently purchased ceramic nonstick cookware so replaced all my nylon utensils with silicone. I needed a masher and found this. I wasn't sure if it would work, well it does! It's super sturdy and doesn't harm my cookware. Potatoes are so easy, but I've also used it on whole cooked beans. I highly recommend.

I've had this for a year and a half and I love this spoon. The flat edge makes it good for scraping the bottom of the pot to make sure nothing burns and it's a good size for serving meals.
