What can I say except it works well... stays cold longer than the 20 min max on my hot foot and then I can move it to my ankle afterwards and leave it until its room temp, which is at least 15 more min.

Good product. Pouch within the band helps keep the pad in one place. Would have liked more if the elastic band had soft lining so it won't hurt the neck if one is tying across. Also using for the back pain, the contact is very less on the body with the elastic band on and have to use a back support to apply pressure. But overall a good one for all other wraps like knee or arm.

Wonderful heating pad. Quick and easy to microwave. Decent cover case and I use this for my legs, elbows, and arms. Affordable price and quality product. Not as heavy as other ones I’ve bought.

Small in size. Very poor quality. Seam separate within the first two weeks. The gel leaked out and created a mess. I have owned a couple hot/cold gel packs over the years. This one doesn’t compare to the others.

I love it but it can not stay in the freezer hard to remember to put it in there one hour before using it
