The hair color works well and will last about 2 to 3 weeks for me. Don't really care much for the built in applicator, I just squeeze it into my hands and apply like I would any other hair dye. If the built-in applicator brush wasn't so stiff, I would probably use it. The reason I buy this over other brands is I like that the color and the developer are all in one container, you just twist, shake it and apply. I always hated having to mix the two together manually. Definitely be careful how you apply, this stuff will stain your skin, alcohol and a cotton swab after application does get the color off your skin with a little rubbing though. Directions state to leave it in for 5 minutes, but I usually set a 10-minute timer for myself. Not sure if that's making any difference, but that's how I've been doing it. I also use one shade lighter than my actual hair color for a more natural look. So instead of using black, I will use dark brown, I think it looks better for me personally.

This is hands down the WORST product I’ve ever bought from L’Oréal. The whole “one twist, mess free” claim is a joke. The second you twist and shake it, the bottle starts building pressure like a mini bomb. If you don’t apply it immediately, it actually starts puffing up, leaking, and foaming out the top like it’s about to explode. It’s honestly unsafe. And after all that stress? The dye barely worked. Patchy coverage, weak color, and absolutely no consistency. You’re forced to use the ENTIRE bottle in one shot or else it turns into a pressurized disaster. No one warned me I’d have to rush like I’m defusing a bomb just to dye my hair. I’m mad I even wasted my money on this. Terrible design, horrible execution, and zero results. L’Oréal needs to fix this product or take it off the shelves. DO NOT recommend.

It was easy to use, but the color came out much darker than what was stated on the box.

I’ve been coloring my hair for over 30 years, and this is by far the easiest and best product I’ve used for men. The color looks very natural and comes remarkably close to professional salon results. It’s incredibly easy to apply, even at home. My gray hair is very resistant to color, but this product does a great job covering it. Unlike other brands that claim to work in 5 minutes but end up taking 30, this one truly delivers in just 7-10 minutes. Highly recommended

Easy to use, looks natural, easy to clean up. Best part it only takes five minutes. I used to use Clairol for men and it 15-20. Results weren't great but there was limited choices. I'll use this product again..
