Anything by Micro Ingredients is Really Good 👍 Ive tried several of their products now , this might be my new favorite. Super impressed by how 'lemony' this stuff is ... really good fresh lemon taste too , not some cheapo sour powder. Its pricey but qell worth it and really pure. I make lemon water for the fridge with it and Im about to try some in a lemon pound cake recipe. I like the way its shelf stable instead of trying to keep fresh lemons around. Comes with a handy 1 scoop = 1 lemon scooper in the bag too. I'll be buying more of this in the future.

My first purchase of this lemon powder was flavorful and had a kick. This bag is very mild and lacks any lemon flavor at all. I’m starting to wonder if this company is using fillers to bulk up the product. Very frustrating not having trust in the ingredients labels.

I have ordered this lemon powder 2 or 3 times before, and it dissolved very easily. This last shipment is totally different. Even the taste is different. After mixing with water, it leaves a gooey, sticky substance on the bottom of the cup, even if I drink it immediately. It also doesn't matter if I stir with a spoon or use a frother. I will not be repurchasing this.
