This is the only iron I take!! I’ve struggled with anemia since I was 13 and never could commit to iron supplements because they always hurt my stomach or made me nauseous. I stopped taking iron altogether for years (don’t tell my Dr., this is a safe space!!) until my mom recommended this chewable supplement to me. I was skeptical but also if a chocolate a day keeps the anemia away, I’m in. But you guys, seriously - it tastes amazing, like a chocolate raspberry flavor but the consistency is very similar to a veryyyy chewy taffy. It’s sweet, will get between your teeth, but ultimately it’s my favorite way to get my iron in. These are fairly high doses, so if you also struggle with nausea/upset stomach, what helped me acclimate to these were taking it every day for 3 days, skipping a day, then repeating again. Then I would push it to 4 days with one break day, and so on. 10/10 recommend.

Every single other iron supplement has upset my stomach, but this one I can take even on an empty stomach and be totally fine. The taste is good for an iron supplement. It’s far from a chocolate treat and has a slightly weird aftertaste, but given that a lot of supplements are hard to get down I’d say it’s pretty good!

These were not that horrible. The tablets were 100x's worse in taste. These actually didn't taste bad and were easier to get down.
