Bought 4 and used these on an old GE electric stove...Rapidly running out of wiring into which I can connect the burner receptacles (which get rusty / corroded / loose from removing burners and need periodic replacement)...I connected what's left of the existing wiring one side; connected the other side to the receptacle with high heat-resistant wiring sold at Amazon as well.....Never checked the amperage, but figure at 208 / 240 VAC, should be sufficient, whether each burner draws 10 or 15 amps. (Holding up nicely after a year and nothing has blown up yet! So I guess I can't complain)....Beats the hell out of using twist/screw on connectors!

I bought these to work in a Kiln, and they do the job wonderfully. The screws are a little hard to tighten, but once you get them in as long as you don't wiggle the leads a lot you're in good shape.

Just the ticket for use in high teperature environments. Used these to improve the serviceability of an Infrared Ski Waxing machine (along with some high temp wire).Good quality product a d at a fair price.
