The Hyper Hitch is a rugged receiver step that is available for 2” and 2-1/2” receivers. It is furnished with a unique clamp which eliminates vibration and minimizes any rocking when in use. Unlike some lesser brands, this receiver step is fabricated of painted steel. It is available in a number of sizes and configurations.

I was looking for a hitch step that was sturdy and didn't wobble. I tried another competitor and they used a plastic housing to make theirs compatible with the 2 most common hitch sizes, needless to say plastic anything doesn't do well when it comes to stability. I put this thing on and it looks great, is stable as can be, and best of all it was made less than an hours drive away from me in Florida. This is a great product can't say enough good things about it, will definitely be buying more of their products in the future. Only suggestion I have is cosmetic, would be really cool to have an LED brake light on it that one could simply plug in.

Looks good. Solidly built. Way to loose. Step came with an anti rattle plate that has to be attached which was not mentioned in the description and is useless when the step is not meant to be permanent. I do have to remove step when I use my hitch and I don’t want to get down on the ground to tighten the plate every time I put step back on. Very poorly thought out. Most likely will return.
