Oh. My. GOSH! Game changer! I love to make pies, and Apple is my husband’s FAVORITE, but I really dislike having to peel, core and then slice (hopefully in uniform thin slices). It’s gotten a little more difficult to process 6 or more since my hands sieze up with arthritis. This tool is FANTASTIC! Not only is it easy to use, but it cuts the time processing an apple from 4-5 minutes per apple to less than 60 seconds. It’s so easy and fun to use that my grandchildren all wanted to take turns with it, and even the youngest (9) could easily place the apple, peel and slice it, and remove the core. Anyone younger that that I would definitely assist, since the cutting edges ARE very sharp. The suction cup attachment worked extremely well on my granite countertop.

I regularly process several pounds of apples at a time, and peeling and coring them by hand takes a lot of time and effort for me. This peeler makes the process much faster and feels significantly safer to use. I primarily use this to prepare apples for my dog. He loves frozen fruit, and apples need to be peeled and cored before freezing since dogs should not eat the peel or seeds. This makes it easy to do a large batch at once and store portions in the freezer. The suction base holds well during use, and the peeler works smoothly on firm apples. It does struggle with overripe apples, so I would recommend using fruit that is still fairly firm. I appreciate that it comes with extra blades and includes a 5-year warranty, which adds value and peace of mind. The instructions also explain how to use this for peeling without the coring function. I can see this being very useful for peeling large batches of potatoes, especially for dishes like au gratin or other recipes where you want uniform slices. Overall, this has been a very helpful tool for safely and efficiently preparing apples in larger quantities.

Good apple, potato peeler, slicer at a good price. This actually stays suctioned onto my countertop pretty well. The old one I had from my Mom (ancient, like the 50's) had a clamp and won't fit my countertop so I was always having to find a folding table to do my peeling. I was hoping it might core and peel only but it has to slice as well if you use the coring function. You can't just peel and core so you still have that extra step of using a coring device if you want to actually core it without slicing. Too bad they can't develop an attachment for these that will do that. The slices are VERY thin and that's not an adjustable thing. The peeling went pretty well. You can adjust it some so you get more of the ends of the produce but you'll always need a hand peeler to remove the stuff on the ends and what it skips as it peels because unless your produce is EXACTLY round, there will be areas it misses. I can live with that. ;) All in all a nice product and I'm enjoying not having to find an extra table just to peel produce!!

This peeler works well on apples that are more firm and a medium size. If you have apple trees and your apples are on the small side, then it’s not so good. If your apples are bruised it has a problem peeling as well. The slicer at the end is nice, but I wish it made the slices just a little thicker for pie fillings. It is a decent product though - easy to use and easy to clean. I really like that it suctions onto your counter too.

I used this apple corer/slicer while making apple pie, and it was a total game-changer. It sliced the apples evenly in one quick push and saved me so much time (and arm strength). The blades are sharp, the handle feels sturdy, and it didn’t wobble or crush the apples like cheaper ones do. Clean-up was easy, and the slices came out perfect for pie filling — consistent, thin, and ready to go. Honestly don’t know why I didn’t buy one sooner. Easy to set up and works quickly and efficiently. I found the cores a bit hard to remove, but that’s probably typical of all apple corers. No problem with the corer holding securely on a granite countertop. The handle operates smoothly, but odd shaped and very large apples won’t peel properly. Again, this is probably typical of all corers. Extra blades are included, btw.

Love it....it works excellent. Its easy an fun to use.. Cuts and peels each one perfectly..very good quality...highly recommend.

It came in a broken box and some parts are bent. It is also missing the 2nd blade.

This does exactly what it claims to be able to do and that amazes me because there is so much going on that you would think could go wrong. It is sturdy and works time and time again. It is a wonderful tool / gadget and I thoroughly recommend it.

I wish I had brought this year's ago. It makes apple pie so much quicker and easier to make.
