Really enjoying it so far. The picture quality is excellent. The movement is smooth and they leave plenty of room for adjustment as far as speed so you can find what works for your environment. The camera is very responsive to the included remote. The camera was simple to find on network by following the included page. The key combination to see which ip it is using is *#4 or just reboot it and it will show up briefly. The instructions didn't include any information about the ai tracking though so I did have to play with it to figure it out. It wasn't terribly complicated though. Single tracking will track one person. If there are multiple people in view boxes will appear on the screen around each person. Use the arrows to highlight the person you want to track in green and press ok. It will track until that person is out of view. The hdmi output doesn't add an overlay on the screen and im thankful for that because it makes the camera easier to use with a video capture device if needed. It amazed me how sharp it is when zoom in at the highest CAP. You can see skin pores clearly. The lighting was a bit low right out of the box but I was able to adjust exposure setting logging into camera IP address via http://. Overall picture quality is very good. AI tracking was remarkable and quiet. I bought these to monitor meditators via Zoom to ensure meditation teacher can analyze meditators and guide them through remotely. I use remote control to adjust camera focus. Having both slow and high speed functions to turn the camera is very useful. I like the quality and functionality of the camera and I bought 3 more. Controlling the cameras via Zoom is a bit tough. I'm planning to test with NDI.

We have been using robotic cameras for our church streaming for several years, but have been desiring to upgrade to higher quality and functionality that has seemed to be beyond our budget. Discovery of these POE cameras (we have bought 2 so far) has enabled this for us as we are still finding the extent to which they are able to elevate our productions with features so much better than we knew were possible. The network control through the ip addresses and the ptz capablities through an ip controller have opened up potential for much greater looking shots. This is all at a price that is a fraction of comparable cameras that we had been looking at. We are so grateful for the opportunity to acquire and utilize these cameras and are looking to get more.

First, Ariel at Prisual has been wonderful in his support of this excellent product. Keep in mind the Asian time zone, he responds very quickly during their business hours, and his team is available for remote hands on assistance if needed. We use two of these cameras in our church services, with PoE, remote network PTZ, and high-quality video over HDMI, with switching to Zoom via OBS Studio. The lenses are sharp, and the latest firmware upgrade was easy, enabling better autofocus, auto exposure and color, as well as snappy preset initialization and smoother manual PTZ. For the price, they can’t be beat, especially for the 30x optical zoom lens, which enables fairly long distance closeups that remain sharp. We also like the versatility of connectivity - NDI, HDMI, PoE, Ethernet, following several industry communication standards - plus professional durability, and consistent performance. We’d like to buy more!

We stream our Sunday service and special events in the church weekly. We wanted to add a second camera to be mounted in our second-story Choir Loft, which would look down about 70 feet to our main altar area. This excellent selection provided perfect, clear, steady, up-close pictures and was easily integrated into our network system. We ran into a few minor programming snags and were hesitant about calling support, but found this fear to be highly incorrect. The support was excellent. Questions were answered in detail, with pictures and offers to come online with us to help with the setup process. The support staff was immediate and amazing. We can highly recommend this product, but most of all this company stands behind their equipment.

I really thought this camera had everything I wanted and it did. The problem: when you use high zoom the camera becomes very unstable. I tested it a bunch of different ways. No matter what when you got above a 50% Zoom level it had a very noticeable jiggle. It just could not seem to stay on the target. When I felt the play in the yoke it has a very very slight play. The problem is at the higher Zoom levels the camera has a hard time locking on the focus and that jitter is exaggerated. Bear in mind this was a bright sunny day. Indoors it was not as bad. I do understand it is an inexpensive camera. Unfortunately for my needs it will not be sufficient. I will be honest, I was sad to send it back. Everything else seemed to operate great. I may repurchase another and try one more time thinking I may have just received “ the bad one”
