Nice Book, Need more recipes!!!
Very nice book (i.e. cover, design, etc.) however it is seriously lacking in the number of recipes that are offered. Especially since it is called the "Best of Clay Pot Cooking". I was looking for some great recipes.

you will swear by cooking in a clay pot and heres some awesome recipes
YUMMY..great to have new ideas besides chicken. I got a pot from mom and dad and it cracked on me after 30 years..it was used when i got it. love the pot..nothing like using one of these. makes steam that infuses and tenderizes every bite. Making Calamari for new years eve.

THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY BOY FRIEND. HE ALREADY HAS A SMALLER ONE. HE LOVES IT!!!! HE CAN'T WAIT TO USE THIS ONE. IS GOING TO MAKE A CHICKEN STEW RIGHT AWAY.

Don’t buy!
I’ll tell you now, I’m tired of ordering cookbooks on Amazon from recommendation s. I’m sending the cookbook back because it is irrelevant to my needs. Sticks with the internet for recipes. I give it no stars. Had to hit one star to submit.

I used to have one of these terracotta pots and somewhere along the line it got lost. My daughter bought this one as a replacement and I love it. It is so easy to use and roast chicken never tasted so deliciously moist. I can highly recommend it .

Das Buch ist sehr detaliert, viele Bilder und ich habe viele Rezepte nachgekocht. Einfach prima!! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Book is awesome with great recipes. Too bad it was water damaged and some pages were stuck together and I lost some print in the process of separating them.
