I was worried when I saw so many other reviews saying the lid would just pop off, but now I'm convinced they're either not using this correctly or got damaged goods. With one solid twist of the lid I feel it secure, and have had no issues at all with the lid for ~1 week so far. I loaded it up with herb & tried to pop the top off by holding it by the lid and shaking violently up and down and it held firmly. Did it again with a couple metal lighters (heavy) and it still held. No smell on the outside so it has a good seal. Humidity packs work wonders on refreshing the cheapo herb my local shop sells over-cured.

This will be my 3rd CVault 2 of them are x-small. 1 is what I'll call there standard push on top the other is the new twist top. I'm not a big fan of this twist top, it pops open if you not watching. I like the concept but this twist need a little more work. Now that I know it can pop open I just don't ever pick it up by the lid. The medium one is really nice because it has latches that hold it shut. After a couple weeks of use I really don't like the twist!! The push on lid seems to work much better!! If you can find one with the push on lid grab it! After 2 months of using the twist, IT SUCKS! It defiantly pops open and where you put the boveda packet is not user friendly. I'm hoping they bring back the old X-Small, if not this will probable be the last one I buy. Needs more then a little work! You would think after all the bad ratings on the new twist they would scrap it and go back to the standard or at least offer both.

One of the containers had a dent on the bottom. Still works perfect and brand new, with a dent.

If anybody has the Wakit electric grinder, this containerfits perfectly around the base. You can literally just put the material in the base of this container and then place the grinder on top of it in the container, and the edges line up perfectly, so it grinds the contents effortlessly without spilling any or dirtying any other surface. It keeps the contents incredibly fresh for a very long time. I change my packets every 90 days but I bet you could probably go for 120. I I think that it’s a great price for a product that functions incredibly well and looks slick and discreet.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von den CVault, habe sie mittlerweile in unterschiedlichen Größen und sie funktionieren perfekt. 100%ig geruchsdicht sind die nicht aber man muss direkt mit der Nase an die Dichtung um es zu riechen und diese Problematik hat man mir seinem Brokkoli in jeder Dose, außer natürlich man hat völlig verdörrtes Zeug. Auch das der Twist-Verschluss nicht hält kann ich nicht bestätigen, ein Dreh und es hält bombenfest. Ebenso ist das Boveda Pack in einem perfekten Zustand. Das die Behälter verschmutzt ankommen ist normal. Es sind Fertigungsrückstände auf der Metalloberfläche und das ist bei Metallprodukten normal. Einmal durch die Spülmaschine gejagt und alles perfekt sauber. Alles bestens und immer wieder gerne.

Es un bote bonito pero que se abre constantemente. Algo falla.

Ich weiß ja nicht, warum die Leute so ein Probleme haben, den Deckel zuschließen. Aber es funktioniert alles einwandfrei, und der Deckel lässt sich ohne Probleme schließen und öffnen. Von alleine öffnet sich gar nichts.

I purchased this today, because i needed a storage solution, i ignored the bad feedback because i was like "Well, it's a tub, it holds things, as long as the lid closes, that's good enough." Turns out that assumption was wrong, as it does not even perform that basic expectation! The lid is a twist to tighten situation, the tighter you twist it, the more sealed it is, except this doesn't seem to matter as the lid will just pop off whenever it likes. If you even pick the tub up by the lid itself it will simply unseal, even more so when the boveda is strapped in there, making the lid weigh a lot more than the lower part. The boveda holder itself does not unclip or open, making actually getting a boveda inside there a frustrating experience, another design flaw, and on top of that, the green rubber seal started peeling away as soon as i hand washed it the first time as per their instructions. Another problem to me, albeit a very minor one, is that there is black smudges/stains all over the product, not an issue functionally but shows a lack of quality. If this was a decent product i would have purchased several, so pretty disappointed. I would say avoid this product in it's current form.
