Been taking these tablets for 4 days now...and I can honestly say they work for me...had been suffering terribly with hot flushes and night sweats..tried lots of different menapause medications even from the doctor and this is the best I've tried ...sleeping better and hot flushes are no where near as bad...hopefully they will go completely the longer I take them...I feel like I'm getting my life back..

Make the hot flushes more manageable

I suffered for last few years with hot flushes, bought some sage tablets from holland & barrett on their recommendation, these are a lot cheaper & just as good, i take 1 in morning & 1 at night & my flushes have been reduced, still have a few flushes but greatly reduced. I will definitely buy again, felt a difference in about 2 weeks of taking them, a must for us poor ladies! !

Great product, I’ve used them for years and they really help with menopause symptoms.
