Works very well to cushion my bad knees during reformer pilates classes.

They are real deal. Thick, cushy and sticky! Excellent!

Extended time in yoga poses was giving me unhappy knees and wrists. I bought 2 of this pads and they are heaven. Don't slide around like others do, are light weight and perfect density.

Small and easy to use . . . . .my dislike . . . . the price!!

I purchased the mat for Pilates to use as a head rest and knee rest. It is soft and cushiony. It doesn't move around and is an ok length. Correct dimensions are 13.5"; by 7.25"; While Stott is one of the few companies that make knee pad I still felt it was overpriced. $33 for a simple mat seems excessive. I wish it came in other colors, didn't care for the blue (which is brighter than the picture). Also wish it was a bit longer. Recently I came across a few other mats that seem more reasonable. Search for yoga knee mat or pad on Amazon.

These are very cushy. Great for people who need pads under their knees when doing kneeling exercises. They also have a great non-slip surface too. Alas, they aren't cheap, and I thought they took way too long to arrive. But I was very happy with them once they got here.

Better grip, just the right amount of give, no weird smell, easier to clean and I can tell will hold up a bit better. Sorry Balanced Body, Merrithew won with their grippy pad.

I'm a Balanced Body Pilates Teacher with a home reformer. I use this pad mainly to prevent sliding during standing and some seated exercises on the reformer. It could also be use to pad your knee, pelvis, hip or other boney body part during reformer or mat exercises. I've had mine for several years, regularly use it and it still looks perfectly new.

The head pad was a lot harder than I expected. The description should have described the hardness. Generally was disappointed.
