Fantastic kit. Buttons feel of high quality and look great. Everything needed for install comes in the box. The youtube video is very well made and makes installation a breeze. I watched the video the day before, and the next day had the install done in 15 minutes. The controller feels like brand new and everything fit together exceptionally well. You cannot beat this kit for the price.

This is a good deal since it comes with all the tools needed, including the security bit. The buttons seem to be decent quality. I had a factory trigger that broke so I replaced them. The factory Blue buttons are not the same shade as the ones in the kit, but they aren't horribly off. The buttons are white and painted the color I ordered, so I'm worried they will fade or scratch over time. Since the shade was a little different, I decided to replace all the buttons on the front, but the LB wanted to stick. When I put the factory bumper buttons back on, I had no problems. But the bumpers in this kit wanted to stick. I only needed the triggers and they work well, so I still think it's a good deal, especially with the tools. I'm worried about the longevity of the cosmetics, but for such a low price, it's a gamble I'm willing to take.

These buttons are absolutely perfect and they look so good. Compared to the originals they're almost exactly the same including the stippled grip on the triggers and everything. The kit even comes with 2 torx screwdrivers and a pry tool for opening the controller. The install is decently hard and you have to be pretty good with your hands to be able to get everything together but thats no fault of the product here and more a problem with the xbox controller. The company also has a youtube video where they show you how to install the buttons which makes everything a lot easier than trying to figure it out yourself. Ya i dont know what else there is to say they fit perfectly and look great and the manufacturer has done everything they can to make them easy to install so its just a fantastic product and im thrilled with the end result.

Installation took an hour. The instruction video is buried at the bottom of the description, in case you're having trouble finding it. It does NOT ship with instructions. The screwdrivers were NOT magnetic, as shown in the video, and the screws are tiny and in hard to reach places, so be careful. Also, they do NOT work with after-market xbox series x/s controllers. The tools wouldn't open mine. Plus things are in different places. That being said, they almost fixed the drift on the thumbstick of my Xbox official controller after installing them. It was unusable and now it works 3/4 the time lol

I watched the YouTube video on how to replace them and it was simple and easy enough, I like the color of these buttons and if I wanted to change them again I would buy from the same place!

don't make the same mistake I did. lol i figured i could use the same buttons for an Xbox one controller and just toss the extra button but these are slightly too small to work unfortunately. very cute color tho and feel nice in quality. menu and start buttons do work though (the small ones to the sides of the power button)
