EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I had bought this product a week ago and it's working perfectly fine, I have no complaints at all. The battery life is really good it lasts very long. All the Apps and Websites work perfectly fine. It's very good for Online Studies and Classes. Overall, I would say that I'm satisfied and I would recommend it to you all.

Great 15" laptop. Intel core 2.6GHz, 16GB RAM, 64 BIT Operating System, 250 GB HD. Will not support Windows 11, currently has Windows 10 Pro.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews because mine is perfect -- works perfectly, came with everything, has Bluetooth/Wifi/SSD/Micro SD card reader/tons of USB ports, etc. The price is worth it just for the 16 GB of RAM alone -- that much RAM is unheard of at this price point! You can run multiple heavy-duty apps (Adobe products, etc) at once without it getting sluggish or overheating. Love the backlit keyboard!The ONLY downsides I have found is that it's not a touchscreen and the lack of HDMI so you have to get an adapter. The battery could last longer ideally, but I could say that about every piece of tech. For prices this low, you're not going to get absolutely everything but with this product, you get way more than what others offer.

I've had great service from this laptop. Our power went out and now I can't get the laptop to service again. It's saying it's the battery. I had forgotten it was a refurbished laptop!
