Worked great for about 3 months, then I started getting lag and dropped packets increasing in frequency every day. Was using it between a Unifi Dream Machine Pro and a Unifi managed switch and after about 3.5 months the devices couldn't see each other most of the day through this cable.

I’ve been using the SFP+ 10G DAC cable for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The installation was seamless, and the cable worked right out of the box without any need for extra configuration. The build quality is excellent, with sturdy connectors and a durable cable that doesn’t feel flimsy. Despite its solid construction, it’s still flexible enough to route easily in tight spaces within my server rack. The 10G speed delivers consistently fast and stable performance across the board. I’ve used it in a high-traffic data center environment, and it hasn’t shown any signs of throttling or interference. Latency is non-existent, and it’s been a reliable solution for my 10G networking needs. For anyone looking for a cost-effective, high-quality solution to connect SFP+ ports, I highly recommend this DAC cable. It’s a fantastic alternative to using more expensive transceivers and fiber optic cables.

Pude conectarlo entre un router TP Link ER8411 y un Switch genérico, ambos compatibles con SFP+ y teniendo una velocidad de 10Gbps

I used 10Gbit Passive DAC cables, direct from a switch to two two servers over 10Gbit, works well. Passive cables keeps the heat down as there are no SFP+ modules to power. The switch iteself gets warm to the touch, but not hot, it has no fan, so using these cables help. Switch is a Zyxel XMG1915-10E, servers are MinisForum MS-01.
