I'm sure there is no way around receiving a product like this in the summer months without an inherent risk. Some products will not even ship during summer months due to the sensitivity of the product. That is giving the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt though. The capsules appear to be fused together and melted slightly. They all move slowly together when I rotate the jar. Upon opening my new jar of propolis I tried prying one of the capsules loose from the mass. Immediately I realized this could become catastrophic since the capsules are all very soft and squishy. Since there are no returns on this product I figured I'm already all in. I was able to pry one loose with much effort. It moved like rubber and was as strong as it, but I was able to get my first attempt freed without rupturing the capsule. Now I question actually injesting this mystery substance. Save the money, find a different producer. Or at least something where you can make a return in a situation like this. Either way with safety considered it will probably be thrown in the trash.
