Huge pills, very pricey, not sure if it helps with inflammation too early to tell My advice drink some water first coat your throat before taking a capsule or break it open put it into smaller capsules ..

Not the same as it was before. Quality of capsules are not the same. Color of pills along with the bottles coloring has changed.You won’t be able to return - so don’t even buy it. So disappointed that they’ve changed

If this is doing all that it is promoted to do.. I’m not a gel pill taker so the size was a little intimidating and not so easy for me to pop n go so it’s always the last supplement I take. There’s no taste going down or aftertaste so that’s a win - came well packaged and secure. The price point is on the high end for my supplements but will see after I finish the bottle if I see any benefits to reordering.
