Yes it's pricey BUT I was able to make challah with this! Amazing! Actually smeels, feels & tastes like the traditional recipe! Not a multi grain or grainy rice flour! Next test is broche bread rolls!

I am a southern girl, so I was looking for gf cornbread that wasn't sweet. All of the other brands that I have tried are sweet like a cake! This one is close to the typical, non-sweet cornbread that I grew up on. Perfect for enjoying with chili or pinto beans. Highly recommend!

I was reluctant to try this mix just based on price but I LOVE GF Jules all purpose flour so I decided to try it. It comes with the yeast packet which is great. It requires very few additional ingredients and because it's GF, you don't have to worry about kneading the dough like traditional flour. I baked the bread for 38ish minutes before removing it as it had reached the proper temperature and a toothpick wasn't coming out with dough on it. The package says 50-55 minutes so maybe my oven was hotter than it said but I recommend checking it (and all baked goods) BEFORE the lowest time recommended. Because I didn't bake the bread for 50 minutes before checking it, I was left with a loaf that wasn't too dry. We made sandwiches with it and it held up well. The following morning we used it for toast, it held up well in the toaster and still tasted good. We stored it covered with a cloth as I was worried covering it in plastic would trap the moisture in an unsavory way.

Hands down one of the best GF bread mixes I’ve found. Easy to make and turns out the perfect texture (not gooey like a lot of gluten-free mixes). Great for making loaves and rolls and bowl.

I've bought this several times and find it so easy to make in my bread machine. Good for breakfast toast or sandwiches. It comes out soft and tasty, unlike most store bought gluten-free bread.

I used it in the bread machine and it did ok. The taste was good and the texture was good. The cost is way too much.

I am experimenting with gf products available and making gf yummy bread was a big deal. I follow recipe on their website and there is secret to add club soda instead of regular water. Made in bread maker with gf program. After 3h bread came out. Best experience ever. Moist airy non crumbling delicious and healthy ( added chia seeds to mixture). 2 days and is gone. Very satisfied with my purchase but high price is a big disadvantage. Overall I recommend this product.
