How do you clean the headband?

There is a opening in the material and the wires ear/ear pieces slide out and you can wash the band like any other head band at that point.

I tried a similar product for sleeping and the speaker part was hard and made my ears hurt after sleeping on them, it this sleep headphones have that

The first night I tried these I had to ditch them partway through the night because I'm a side sleeper and these things hurt my ears. The speakers are hard, round disks almost 1-1/4" x 3/8" / 30mm x 9mm thick in a thin foam wrapper that does little, if anything, to soften the pressure on my ears.

Is the material of this sleep headphones bluetooth breathable? I'm concerned with it being too warm for sleeping.

This sleep headphones bluetooth is great. It's comfy and absorbent, the sound quality is great and I don't have to worry about earphones falling out of my ears anymore! The fabric of the headband is light and breathable, it has a slight satin feel to it making it feel like it's not even there after wearing it for a few minutes. I like that the fabric is shaped to cover just my ears allowing for nice ventilation and keeping me cool. Great for hot weather!

I don’t download music and i don’t have playlists. How can i listen to something with this sleep headphones? I do gave amazon music.

You can listen to whatever you can listen to on your phone, computer, tv, and alexa type devices. It uses bluetooth to connect.I download free audiobooks from the library and listen to them when I go to bed. I've had eye surgery and can't read right now, so this sleep headphones is great for me!
