Fits the description. The lack of a hollow body makes it very quiet. As is, this is a solo instrument best played for your individual enjoyment. Not a group get together instrument. Works well as a entertaining toy for the young. A 3/4" fosner bit hole in the back triples the volume if you are so inclined.

I thought it was going to be bigger. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. It is super cute and it comes with a string so you can put it on your neck. It is very portable, that's why I like it. The sound quality and build quality is good. It is a very easy instrument to learn. I highly recommend it.

So small to handle and to play it. Very Disappointed. Directions are a joke. So tiny cant read it.

I bought these as stocking stuffers. I played with them more than the children! Cute and fun. I wish they were a little louder though.
