These work great and stay in place most of the time. there are fabrics they don't adhere to very well though. Cotton is best for staying in place.

At age 70 is I sneeze or do a lot of coughing, well, I need protection for my pants, lol. This is the only brand I use and have tried many types. So, I highly recommend them long enough to cover the area, not show up in the back of pants, can hold a lot of a accident happens (especially after cancer- 6 1/2 years ago, was released 5 years, cancer free, when told I had only 6 months at longest. Forgot about GOD, I prayed and HE responded with a miracle. Anyhow, they are great for most and handle some larger spills, but not really big ones. But worth buying.
