Worth every penny!
As a first-time mom, I spent a lot of time researching pregnancy pillows before finally deciding on the Queen Rose E-shaped full body pillow with wedge pillow for belly support-and I don’t regret it one bit! From the very first night, I felt the difference. The support it gives is incredible—my back, belly, and legs all feel cradled, which helps relieve pressure and reduces the hip and lower back pain I was struggling with at night. The pillow case is super soft and comfortable!I hesitated at first because of the size and investment, but this has been one of the best purchases of my pregnancy. If you’re on the fence, especially as a first-time mom, I can honestly say this pillow makes a world of difference—you’ll feel it from the very first night!

Comfy, kept it shape, and overall best pregnancy pillow I’ve ever had.
I waited until after I gave birth to give this review, but this pregnancy pillow is chefs kiss. I bought it when I just found out I was pregnant all the way up until I gave birth. No matter how many times I wash it. It’s still holds that softness that you get when you first receive it. The zipper quality is amazing. You’re able to move the small pillow if you don’t want it. I had really bad lower back pain, but this pillow helped me sleep so well at night and it didn’t feel any pain. If I can give this review 1000 stars I would.

Functional and Comfortable
I saw a lot of reviews saying this pillow was too big or too firm. That hasn’t been my experience. Personally, I felt it was very close to too soft. If it was any less firm, I would have returned it. I also feel like it takes up a reasonable amount of space in our bed. Of course your partner can’t snuggle you well- you’re encased in a pillow for support and to prevent you from rolling. He has plenty of space next to me. Overall, I have to say I love this purchase so far. It’s made a huge difference in reducing back and joint pain for me. I’m 5ft 4in and able to pull it a little tighter around my body to fit me well in the night. I’m also able to use it on top of my wedge pillow. I used an elevated pillow to help with night time nausea and vomiting. I’m able to use both pillows together easily and comfortably. I found it pretty easy and intuitive to put on the cover and link the pillows together. I’m excited to see how it fares as a nursing pillow when we get to meet our baby. I do wish the zippers were a bit stronger. I had a hard time getting the 2 pillows for the C attached via the zipper because it kept opening behind the zipper slider. There was a moment I worried the zipper was broken. But we managed to play with it and it get it to function. I feel like this was a great purchase, especially considering the price point.

Love this pillow!
I love this pillow, I wish I had bought it sooner. I’m pregnant with my 3rd child and this pillow helps me sleep at night. Before this pillow, I couldn’t get comfortable at all because my belly felt like it was just hanging. I tried using blankets and other pillows for support but nothing worked. This pillow supports my belly and is all around comfortable!

Great Support and Comfort, but Takes Up Space
I’ve been using the QUEEN ROSE E-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer for my sleep during pregnancy. While it’s not perfect, it’s definitely worth considering if you’re struggling to get comfortable at night.Pros:Excellent Support: The E-shape design provides support for my back, belly, and legs all at once, which has significantly reduced my discomfort and helped me sleep better.Multi-Functional: I love how versatile this pillow is—I can use it for lounging, reading, or even as support while nursing.Soft and Comfortable: The fabric is soft, and the filling strikes a good balance between being plush and firm enough to hold its shape throughout the night.Relieves Pain: It’s been helpful in reducing back pain and improving hip alignment as my pregnancy progresses.Cons:Bulky Size: The pillow is large and takes up a lot of bed space, which might not be ideal if you’re sharing the bed.Cover Maintenance: While the removable cover is washable, it’s a bit tricky to take off and put back on due to the shape.Pricey: It’s a bit on the expensive side compared to simpler body pillows, but the extra comfort and support make it worth it for most people.Final Thoughts:The QUEEN ROSE Pregnancy Pillow is a fantastic option for pregnant individuals who need full-body support. While it’s bulky and slightly difficult to maintain, the comfort and relief it provides outweigh these minor inconveniences. If you’re struggling with pregnancy aches and sleepless nights, this pillow is definitely worth trying!

Softest comfortable pillow!
Love my pregnancy pillow, I’ve had 3 others in the past but this one has been the most comfortable material. The quality is 100% there for the cost of this item. I will say I do swap from laying right side to left side and even roll it into a donut to relieve back pain so all in one design for comfort.

It's just OK as is upon arrival.
Please read completely. I opened my new pillow ecstatic to finally be comfortable while sleeping at 22 weeks along and was sorely let down.I prefer a little fuller pillows for my legs and yes while it's squishy and comfy sure it doesn't have enough structure for support of someone my size. I'm 5'5 and about 250. The wedge collapsed under my baby belly offering no support on the legs collapse to the point both my knees touched or my leg would sink almost to the mattress.Pros:AdaptableThe cover is cool to the touch and silkyAll covers and pillows themselves have zippersCons:As it comes it offers no support and would probably go flat in a month to 2.Fix:Since the pillows themselves have zippers I was able to buy 3 bags of down alternative fill and make a comfy yet supportive wedge and leg portion of the pillow. If you like fuller pillows or are larger like me I would recommend 48oz of fill to adjust to your liking. At this time I haven't adjusted the filling in the top but I have a feeling that will come too as it did not support my 4 month old niece during tummy time as advertised.
