In a matter of days I could feel the effects it was having on my overall lower back pain. At first I thought it was in my head. Then I started noticing when I got up from a sitting position my lower back pain was gone. Then I started noticing the discomfort my left leg had whenever I lifted it to step up on the sidewalk curb was gone, I was convinced this stuff really works. That sensation of stiffness is gone. I decided that since these ailments are gone I would buy a cheaper version of this product, but then thought why mess with perfection? This to me is worth the 28 dollars. I take one capsule in the morning on an empty tummy and one in the even one hr before supper. They are good I used to have joint pains in knees but now I feel better. I bought more to give to my husband and my Mum. I feel light now when I’m Walking. My Mum had swollen ankles , after two weeks her ankle were back to normal. That was also a miracle. My cholesterol is getting better now. I would recommend it to any body to try it. It’s very good .👍👌✅ . The bad thing is they were few bottles remaining.
