I really like these and how they fit. They work great to increase the sweat factor a clean up easily. They are light weight and fit under clothing nicely. I ordered 2 to 3 sizes larger than I wear. I wear 2xl pants so I ordered them in 5xl and the go on easy yet fit snug. I won't mind when they become a little loose because they will still work. I've used this method before for weight loss which is the best way for me to just sweat it off. Ofcourse I pay attention to portions and so on but these shorts do great assistance to the intention of weight loss and slimming up a bit. Any contributing factors to diet and exercise can only help. Stay hydrated.
