The watch is not working anymore I want to return this product but 15days return policy has been finished..how can I return it?

I am writing this review after using the product for almost one month. 1. Its a smart watch with big, clear, bright AMOLED display, pixel density is good. 2. Transferred many mp3 songs to the watch but the watch got hanged during the transfer. Restarted the watch by long press, but this was NOT EXPECTED. 3. Feels like step counter in the watch needs to be accurate, some times it over counts the steps. I cross this verified with my mobile and other gadgets. It captures steps, calories & km per-day only, & represents day-wise count of steps for one week. I feel this could have been better with some details like map of track, heart rate during walk etc. Which could have been more meaningful complete activity tracker. 4. The speakers are loud enough and clear during mp3 play. There is ample of memory to store a big list of songs. I am happy with this part as I play music during my workout. Full mars on this. 5. Bluetooth calling is another highlight of this watch. I was able to take the call from around 20fts from my mobile. The call audio quality clear. 6. SpO2 and heart-rate were fairly accurate with some minor tolerance but BP monitor is far OFF. Dont believe BP number from this watch. To sum up, its a fairly good smart watch for this price range but not a perfect health or activity tracker.

I have been a long time user of Fitbit watches and wanted to try out a different brand. If I could turn back the clock, i would not buy this watch. Selected the Invincible due to the 1.39" sized dial with AMOLED capability. It is obviously heavy on the wrist due to the size. The setup was a breeze with watching guiding on all the permissions that are required. the hardware seems capable with good AMOLED display quality. The battery life is very low and tends to drain out without any low battery warning or anything. However, the raise to wake doesn't work on the watch at all. I have to press a button to see the time. This reduces the utility of the watch drastically. I have tried another Realme watch that was flawless on this account. the sleep tracking tracks the sleep at one stretch. i have fallen asleep after waking up and the watch doesn't track that. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting on the watch. I have to turn on and off the bluetooth on the watch for the watch to re-establish the connection with the mobile. The mobile app is at best an average with lack of finish. Tried to connect with my Google account but cryptic error messages keep coming up. Support is non-existent with me trying to reach their support nos. without any success. The phone simply disconnects.

its cool and even if the call is redirected to watch, it isn't that much draining.....just 10 percent battery for a day.....average of 7 days is pakka along with nice screen, voice, amoled features......not to mention the 8GB internal storage and wireless charger..... Since I got watch today morning, I don't know anything about sleep tracking yet.....still judging by the performance of this watch, it's worth every single penny you spend on this......even though it's said to be a waterproof, try not to drown.....because it will only protect from a splash After 3 days of continuous usage battery is at 53 percent and hence guarantees 6 or 7 days backup....while driving I received calls via watch and otherwise some whatsapp audio etc were played on it.....still battery is keeping up.......watch is so elegant by it's look, display and pixel power......average of 5 to 6m range is always there....... It's worth for this budget.....if you are expecting apple watch /samsung watch equivalent, then extremely sorry........the negative reviews found here are just bullshit....... Only negative I can find is that unlike most smart watch/fitness watch brands, I'm not getting a 24*7 health monitoring.....its done manually as of now....

Watch seems very nice overall but I'm returning due to following issues. 1. Contact list is not in alphabetical order. 2. There's no separate option for vibrate and ring. So, watch always ring and vibrate when there's call. 3. Notification is popping up invariably. 4. I need to sync Contacts each time when I connect. 5. I always need to click to operate all features. Otherwise, Battery life is great, that's 2 days, touch is amazing, bluetooth calling is excellent to talk directly from watch, always on feature is great to just see analogue type watch with day and month,(Not whole watch face will remain always On).
