What is the country of origin?

HH Hofnen caps are listed only as "imported". There is no label on the hat but most imported caps are made in China or Vietnam. Hats from companies such as Life is Good clearly have a label that says they are made in China. An internet search had no results for a parent company or location for HH Hofnen.

Whats the crown height of this cap?

Don't know exact size, but this cap is more of a "fitted" cap, like a "fitted shirt" would fit someone. I love it, it's the perfect size for me. I hate ball caps that have a really tall crown. They just look goofy on me.
