Works great! Removes dry mud and grime easily.

Stuff works pretty good. My park has a dirt path to get to so my grip tape gets pretty dirtied up. Few rubs with this and it collects most of it. Kind of like rubbing the gum sole of a pair of hush puppies. Kind of weird but it works.

Worth the buy? First of all, when I tried to scrub the grip tape cleaner on my board itself it would not clean anything unless I used the whole bar scrubbing. No thanks. So I went down to the local ace hardware store and picked up a brass metal scratch brush, a water sprayer, and towel. The minute video I post shows the process I did. The first part of the video is me demonstrating it won't work by itself, not a step. Step one: Spray surface with water, LIGHTLY scratch the mud off. Step two: Dab the towel down and clean up water. Step Three: Apply the grip tape cleaner vigorously and hard. Found that this is the best way to clean my board, the griptape cleaner itself makes the board shine and have a newish look. However it doesn't clean if your using it by itself. I would recommend getting the other supplies when buying this. Otherwise it's an okay product, does the job I guess...

Works well on dirt. There were some spots that it didn't get out, but it is still a lot better.
