O'Brien Performer Combo Waterskis

Was looking to replace a pair of 30-year-old beginner skis with ripped bindings. I was really torn about these new style bindings, but my son has flat feet and the cushioned bottoms of these are game changer for him. He's an intermediate skier and really likes these. While he can slalom ski, he's happier on two skis. I chose to avoid the ones that are too wide (more geared to beginners I believe), as I don't think they carve as well. Since I highly doubt anybody in my family's going to be heading to Cypress Gardens anytime soon, the skis fit the bill just fine. Four stars because there are some bubbles in the finish, but I needed these for vacation so am keeping them.

The skis are useless. Instead of the tips and tails being 'higher' than the middle of the skis, the skis have the opposite flex, making them impossible to ski on. Very disappointed. "return window is closed".

Good, sturdy skis, but the boot is very large and there is minimal adjustment available.

The images are hard to capture the amount of blemishes and debris that is caught under the paint/finish coat of these skis. I was excited to test them out, but can't justify spending this kind of money on skis that were so poorly prepared. It looks like dust and particles were landing on the skis when they were putting the last coating over the skis.
