I’ve tried capsules and powders and chewables. Nothing beats the convenience of Super C Powder. It easily dissolves in my morning juice without changing the flavor and provides a potent amount of high quality vitamin C, far more than the number of capsules one would have to swallow to get the same amount of benefit. Since we need around 8,000 mg a day, as compared to what is made by animals of similar weight, it is the quickest and most convenient way to maintain optimal amounts of C in the body..

I have been taking Dr. Keith's Own Super C for a while. I would order from Dr. Keith's Own when I could, but to be honest, it cost more and I had to pay for shipping. Lower price and no shipping is a big plus from Amazon. When I had my checkup, my doctors assistant asked what I do to not get sick - I said take extra Super C. She said fantastic, and my doctor said "Keep doing whatever you’re doing". I am 75+ and I'm not on any meds. Thank you Dr. Keith for formulating this wonderful product.

We purchase several items from Dr. Keith. I love his explanation of the benefits of the product. As far as the Vitamin C powder goes....the day I received my jar, I was starting to feel feverish. My husband mixed some of the powder up in a glass of water for me. I drank it .....really very very little taste. I didn't get sick. Felt fine the next day. I was thrilled.

I liked that they used a bunch of silicone packets to keep it from oxidizing. I didn’t like they doubled the price after my first order.

Dr. Keith claims his brand has smaller molecules than others so is much more absorbable than others. I have no idea if this is true but i went for it “just in case”.

Looking at the product page, I was expecting this megadose of Vitamin C powder to taste very fruity, like oranges. However, that is completely not the case. It has some distinct taste to it, but it’s not very appealing at all. If anything it just tastes like water with salt added to it. I wish it would have just a bit of an appealing taste so I can just mix it with water without adding any juices that are high in sugar. Another point is the price point. At almost $45 far a small jar, this product seems grossly overpriced and you can find a lot of other megadoses of vitamin C powder with a better taste for a lot less.
