Great value for quality wool pads
Worked nearly as well as 3m discs at less than 1/3 the cost. Yes there was some fiber shedding but all wool pads shed. Cutting with fine cutting compound and polish was acceptable with minimal pressure. Cleaned up well for re-use also. Last, the velcro was very secure and no issues with coming loose over a few days of use. Photos are of camper that was oxidized enough that it was dull with no gloss at all.

Excellent. Great choice for a wool pad!
Zero complaints. Just polished up my boat for the season and the pad performed beautifully. Removed all the water spots, small scratches, and even made the rub rail look like new. Yes they shed. They all do. Here's 2 options to reduce it a bit. 1. Buy a spur tool. 2. Use your fingers. When you get the pads, fill a a 5 gallon bucket of water (or a pail...whatever), wet your fingers, then run your buffer while running your fingers through the wool. You'll quickly pick up a bunch of wool on your fingers. Rinse them in the bucket and repeat several times until the wool doesn't come off as easily. You can't get it all, but this does help. Of course you'll need to let the pads dry before using them.

Threaded hole too big
Threaded hole is a little too large. Didn't want to stay on my buffer. Luckily I had a plastic bag, so I used it similar to plumbers tape. That created a nice tight fit. Other than that, the product is great. The buffing pads work well and the velcro is extremely strong

Soft, durable, and quality pads for cleaning or polishing. These fit my standard screw head without any issues and have lasted a long time. If you're detailing your car, these should be perfect for you.

Buffing, Pad.
They work.

Low rpm
Wool started to spin off after initial install. Adapted straight to my dewalt grinder, and I think the rpm may have been too much for it. Worked well afterwards on a variable speed buffer.

I haven’t used them yet or velcro pads either but I’m sure they’ll be ok. I did get what I knew I was ordering. Just a note, Tie down are better in a professional environment because they can be washed and reused over and over. However they look well made and suitable for occasional personal use. I look forward to having a shiny car again.
