I really like the look, but a piece was missing so my plumber couldn't install it. I've had to order a whole new kit as I was past my return window, as our renovation was delayed.

Beautiful finish, heavy duty quality. The finish will show water spots if you have hard water, but they clean off easily. Two notes on installation: 1- install the diverter cartridge permanently before tiling. It is very difficult to tighten the retaining ring once installed in the wall. 2- The rough in has four ports, one needs to be plugged. The port that needs to be plugged is marked but the tag can fall off easily. If you plug the wrong port the valve will not work correctly.

I love the upper end Delta fixtures. The universal rough-in valve and wide variety of trim kits give me confidence that I am making the right choice. If you ever want to change from the stainless to bronze finish for example, it is a piece of cake. My only complaint is that Delta isn't 100% USA made anymore.

This looks like a product that had been used, returned and then sent to us as a new item. There's scratches on the cover plate, the box is damaged, and repaired and the paint on the faucet handle is not a good quality or consistent finish. Overall, very poor item.
