Mandelin Premium Almond Paste: No Sugar Added, 66% Almonds, 34% Maltitol (2 lb)

Made in California. The marzipan looks freshly made, with just the right amount of consistency and moisture. The flavor and texture is excellent. I like that it is sugar free and uses sorbitol instead. You do have to be careful eating it, because overindulgence will lead to tummy issues. I have about 6 - 8 spoons over a day and,I did not have any issues. Looking forward to baking with it and having sugar free cakes and cooking. Highly recommended!!

I think for the home baker Almond Past is difficult to get around.....I mean the price is sky high and how much are you supposed to add to your cookie recipe or frangipane recipe.....how much can you charge for a bag of almond shortbread vs chocolate Chip.......so you see what I mean but overall I think almond paste is like truffles in the hot food kitchen so it is well worth paying for. I think this is a good product....tight lids so no drying out and perfect amount per container so that you don't feel like over using.....I will buy again.................thanks

Expensive but tasty worth it though. I couldn’t get any sent to me from the U.K.

Love a spoonful of this "Marzipan" in the afternoon ,with my cup of tea. My only treat, no candy or cake for me. It's delicious and nutritious

This product did not work well for Almond Crescent cookies, was too wet and did not set up. Had to double batch and add a different brand to not waste the entire batch. Might be ok for other recipes though. Taste was fine.

Expensive but yummy. I mix with buttercream for a cake filling and put a layer of raspberry. Yum!!!
