I'm very happy with the fan. I live in Cyprus and the temperatures here are insane, but this pretty one makes life livable even on 2nd speed. There is a noise but nothing annoying, more like a brown noise. The black cord is a shame, as the fan is fancy and with that black cord, it looks weird.

Company could not deliver to first address so was able to have it resent to another address for free. Appreciated the customer oriented approach. Fan I purchased works great!
