Clockswise Vintage Grandfather-Style Wall Clock with Wood-Effect Plastic Pendulum Battery-Operated for Home Decor Living Room Home Office Kitchen or Dining Room (Brown, 16 Inch)

After doing much research looking for the perfect clock I decided on the Clockwise vintage grandfather wall clock in white. The clock arrived 3 days after I purchased it and it was in the original packaging with a picture of the clock on the outside of the box. It was well packaged between styrofoam layers. I absolutely love the look of this clock as it has at heirloom vintage look and is only 16 in tall. I ordered it in white and it has a very light dusting of gold paint over the white paint giving it a distressed look. It's not made of wood but of a quality plastic material and the pendulum is also plastic but looks like metal. What I really like is the etching on the glass that gives it that antique look. It uses one AA battery that does not come with the clock and unlike other clocks, this one is totally silent and does not make a ticking sound. In order to attach the pendulum you must remove the back of the clock which has six tiny screws so you'll need a very small Phillips screwdriver. This didn't come easy for my senior fingers but I have patience and aside from it taking some time to remove the back, install the pendulum properly, put the battery in and then replace the back of the clock wasn't difficult just time-consuming. I love watching the pendulum swing and so far it keeps perfect time. This would be a great gift for someone and it comes in several different colors and the price is very reasonable for the quality. Hopefully it will bring me many years of joy. I hope this information has been helpful for you.

This is made of a plastic material, for those of you who were expecting wood. Once I accepted that part, I learned to love it. Getting the pendulum attached was a little tricky. It looks great on my wall. Very quiet tick tock.

I had purchased a yellow clock for my nephew and liked it so much that I purchased the first white clock for my own household, but unfortunately it had issues. The pendulum arrived damaged, but apparently a part cannot be replaced. I was disappointed, but I decided I could live with it. The next challenge was assembling it. The first clock I bought for my nephew had been easy for us to put together as the screws were on a flat back. This one, however has the screws in a narrow tunnel that were inaccessible with two standard Phillip' head screw drivers. It took me forever to find a tool that would work. Once I hung the clock, the pendulum swings wildly. It does make some noise. The front is still beautiful, but the sides weren't completed, so viewed from the side these black plastic sides show and they look a bit odd. Why didn't they blend them with the front of the clock? I returned the clock and got another one. The pendulum on the second makes a high pitch beeping sound every time it swings. This is twice that I have attempted to purchase a clock and received defective merchandise.

Well my rating is 4.5/5 . First of All ! Can I just take a moment to appreciate how cute this little clock is !! 🥰🥰🥰 Love it !! It is sure to brighten up your wall and add a touch of elegance to the room decor ! It did for mine, for sure ! The size is a little bit on the smaller end , but that doesn’t bother me because I couldn’t have asked for a better clock , in the price that this has . Accuracy : It is battery operated which are not included in the package and until now we have had no problems with the Accuracy of the time that this displays. Just wished that they included at least 2 batteries to get it started! It was pretty easy to set up , the pendulum shaft comes unattached and you need to attach it to the upper part which is the actual clock! I guess the instruction manual could’ve been a bit better , because we did go through one or two hiccups while attaching it ! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. Readability: As for readability , we don’t have any issues with it, but I guess since the circumference of the click is a bit on the smaller end, someone with eyesight issues might complain about the readability part, especially at night ! Performance: overall I am more than satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others, considering the affordable price and appearance of the clock.

I love this little clock, it fits perfectly with my decor and looks like a classy old fashioned wall clock but made of plastic!

Thought it was cheap enough to try compared to ordinary round wall watches. When I opened the package it was very flimsy, and took a little effort to put it together to work (more effort than I expected). I thought I would just take it out of the package and hang it on the wall, but I actually had to labor to put 4 batteries, put all three hands, and other stuff while some of the pieces fell off or broke off. I am not sure whether it was shipped the way it was or some parts came loose in transit. Final assembly was awkward for mid twenty dollar product. After about an half an hour, finally got it assembled minus some broken off pieces because it was so cheaply made, hang it on the wall. It looked okay, and keep time well. If putting the batteries were the only thing I had to do before I hang it on the wall, I would've given it 5 stars. Oh well, better not expect too much for $25.

A great miniature “grandfather clock” to hang on the wall. It actually was a gift for my young grandson who loves clocks, especially grandfather clocks! This one did not disappoint! It even has a working pendulum! Great for the price!

It’s looked very nice but it’s very cheap it’s plastic I thought it’s gonna be wood for the price I paid so it’s look great if somebody wants to buy it u have to know it’s plastic
