Great little light. Easy to put on and I get about 8-10 hours in the welding booth out of it before it needs a charge. I turn it on and off in that time when I’m not actively laying beads. It helps a lot with start up on overhead welds or if you’ve got shadows to deal with so you can see what’s going on. I will say once you strike an arc, the light is pretty useless because the arc light drowns it out, so don’t count on it to keep you in a straight line. But for everything else it’s great and I definitely recognize if I forgot to turn it on.

I think the photos make this look much larger than it is. It's under 1-1/4" x 2-1/2", which makes it nice and compact on my welding hood. Super light-weight, too. It comes with two pieces of excellent double-sided tape, which is nice because I messed up the placement on the first try. The brightness is just right. It clearly illuminates what I'm working on without being blinding. It lasts at least 3+ hours on the high setting, which is as long as I've needed it on at once. Big thumbs up for using USB-C. My chief complaints: - The light area is a little small. A wider cone would sacrifice brightness or battery life, though. - Some kind of power level indicator would be nice. Right now I don't know when I need to charge it so I just charge it after every use.

Awesome welding light so far. I welded for about 6 hours and the light was still as bright as when I started.

Bought this light to get more light on my weld joints. First I tried mounting the light on the side of my helmet and that did not work. Then mounted the light to the top of my welding helmet and that worked perfectly. I also use the light to inspect my cut and etched joints.

My eyesight is not what it used to be and this light works perfect. I love that it unclips so I can keep it charged on my workbench and then clip it back on when I want to use it. It’s also adjustable left to right if you mount the stand at the right angle. I’m buying a second one to put on the other side of my helmet. Definitely worth the money.

I've only used this light for 1 day, but so far the day has been much brighter. This was easy to mount, the adhesive stuck very well and I can adjust the angle easily. I still have full use of my shield without interference with the mount. I haven't gotten it wet yet, which will inevitably happen working outside. Hopefully the light will withstand the rain.

A must buy for a welder will buy many more

Product sold as firefighter flashlight but stopped to work after less than a year for no reason … great chance it didn’t happen during a rescue operation …! Absolutely too expensive for the quality, I even tried to reach them to ask for a replacement to give it another try but they wouldn’t even care to answer . 100% trash customer service and cheap product. When it worked the light level was very good it could’ve been a great product.
