They work as intended and easy to take to avoid awful bloating, good value and no taste therefore reducing discomfort and improving digestive system… no more cramps and pain

Large daily dose!
Good and effective but a bit pricy when dose is 6 (yes) six a day? Does make you wonder why a bigger dose per capsule could not be made! First one to do it would score on being more economic!

Ok but you have to take more for it to work
They are OK but you have to take more than 3 at a time for it to work. So buying a large bottle thinking it is cheaper isn't the case as you have to take more. Worked better in the evening for me. But everybody is different so uou would have to try for yourself.
