I'm thankful for Mr. Stamets in sharing his knowledge with the world. This is a great product which easily shows how it helps the immune system with one dose. Recently my very sick pug I was manually feeding her and her tooth got my finger. It very quickly started swelling up from infection. I took one pill and the infection went away with-in a day. My flatmate also had a cut on her finger which was infected and I gave her four pills which she noticed took care of the infection but then after she went through the pills it started coming back a little. Her body ended up slowly healing it. So I have personal experience in seeing how Agarikon helps the immune system! I love it! First noticed Paul talking about Agarikon on the Joe Rogan Podcast and how it was reviewed by the government, without them knowing what it was, just a number assigned to the sample. It went through the roof with all the positive properties. I am 100% sold on this product and love it! But don't believe me.. do your own research!

I did NOT buy this Agarikon for asthma... but after taking it for a week or so I noticed deep, deep, mucus in my lungs start to break up. Mind you, I am not sick (that I know of). I feel like I hav ben able to breath better which has been a suprising side effect. Paul Stamets, get some Asthma or Lung research going on this Fungi! Also, I have noticed my head is clearer as well. I am guessing Agarikon is just one of those super poweful mushrooms that has many undescovered benefits similar to the rest of the amazing Fungi Host Defense has. 10/10 will continue to buy

Efficient delivery and excellent product

Does it work to boost your immune system? Who knows Does it taste good? Don't know, I don't chew them. Adverse effects? None. Is it expensive? Its not cheap but not cost prohibitive Anything else? I mean, they're mushrooms, how bad could it be? At the very worst they're innocuous.

I don't usually go for products that could improve your health. However, a friend recommended Host Defense products to me because of fighting some type of virus two years. This virus was very stubborn and no matter what I tried nothing worked. Keep on mind that I had been fighting the virus for approximately three weeks. After using Host Defense products for a week my symptoms were gone. Since that time I have been using Host Defense for two years and have not been sick from anything and for me that is amazing. I highly recommend Host Defense products to anyone. I only hope that they work for you as they are working for me.
