I’ve been keeping Gatorlyte stocked as my go-to for quick hydration, especially when I know I’m running low on water or need to bounce back — whether it’s after a night out or when I’m feeling under the weather. It’s a functional drink that really delivers. Flavors: The variety pack is nice, offering Mixed Berry, Glacier Freeze, and Orange. As expected from a beverage focused on electrolytes, there’s a noticeable salty taste, but that comes with the territory. The sweetness still shines through, and I find it really refreshing — especially when it’s ice cold. Performance: I haven’t explored tons of alternatives, but compared to the few I’ve tried, Gatorlyte holds its own. It’s saltier than regular Gatorade but still sweet, and importantly, it’s low calorie — a big win for me. I didn’t even notice the lack of sugar thanks to the balanced flavor. Packaging and Convenience: The 20 oz bottle is a great size, easy to hold and carry around. Plus, I’ve had zero issues with aftertaste or any stomach discomfort, which can sometimes happen with electrolyte-heavy drinks. Value: I order it through Amazon’s Subscribe and Save, and for the convenience and value, it’s hard to beat. Considering the price and the hydration boost it offers, it’s an easy choice for me. Recommendation: I would recommend Gatorlyte over regular Gatorade, mainly because it’s more functional with better hydration properties. While there are competitors out there, I tend to stick with Gatorade — it’s just my personal preference. That said, I wouldn’t mind seeing even more flavor options in the future! The electrolyte balance in this is is superior for human health in this beverage as compared to pedialyte. My favorite part about this beverage is it does not have excessive electrolytes nor excessive sugar like some alternatives and even pedialyte advanced. It does have more sugar than I would like, but an appropriate amount for athletes (far less than sugar than regular gatorade) and actual sucrose (I personally prefer) over the Sucralose and acesulfame postassium which is the nonsense they put in other beverages even pedialyte (for kids). If you're an infant: you can't read but also shouldn't drink pedialyte EXCEPT the clear one. The clear pedialyte one tastes disgusting but if you read the back it has none of the disgusting synthetic chemical additives, colors, flavors and sweetness (all garbage) AND a better electrolyte diversity over regular pedialyte. Similarly this product does have some, but significant reduced vs standard pedialyte, synthetic chemical additives and it has superior diversity and % of electolytes for human health. I have formally switched to this. Kinderlyte is slightly more natural but this is better electrolytes (magnesium & calcium) and for me takes the cake. Therefore this product (Gatorlyte) is excellent for rehydration unless you're an infant. haha

Love there. Taste is great. Bought these because my local grocery store was out of stock and didn’t want to pay $4 each at the gas station. Excellent prevention/cure for hangovers or general dehydration if in the heat excessively.

Love Gatorlyte! For those doing things that get them super sweaty, these drinks are great for hydration and taste great. I particularly like that they taste a bit saltier than regular Gatorade. The variety with three flavours is good, although the orange flavour is a bit more sugary than the other two. Will be buying again; definitely cheaper to get this many bottles at once as opposed to buying a new one at the store each time you need one.

Best deal for these i can find. They taste amazing, and my kid loves them. We have one a day to help with hydration. He doesn’t like many electrolyte drinks but loves these.
