Initial Condition (5/5): The phone arrived in a generic box, but the unit itself was in immaculate condition. It looked absolutely brand new, with not the slightest scratch, dent, or sign of use on the screen or the chassis. A pleasant surprise was that the seller included a tempered glass screen protector already installed. Long-Term Performance and Crucial Warning (5/5 for phone, 1/5 for accessory): The phone was received with a generic, non-MFI certified charger. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but I noticed an alarmingly fast battery degradation. In less than 3 months, the maximum battery capacity dropped from 100% to 92%. My most important recommendation: If you purchase a renewed device with a generic charger, discard it immediately and buy an MFI Certified (Made For iPhone) charger. After making this switch, the degradation slowed dramatically. Today, after 1000 continuous days of use and a very high average of approximately 15 hours and 3 minutes of daily screen-on time, the battery capacity remains at a respectable 78%. This clearly shows that the phone has excellent durability once you use the correct charging accessory. Conclusion: If you are looking for a small cell phone that maintains the updated functionalities of iOS, offers a great camera, and delivers very solid battery performance for its size, the iPhone 13 Mini (renewed and in this condition) is undoubtedly one of the best options available. Just be sure to pair it with a certified charger from day one. Highly recommended!

I got an iPhone 13 Mini through Mobile Supply. It is a renewed item, and it is in excellent condition. I had to look close to find one small scratch in the corner. The screen, back, cameras, and operation are great. This is my first iPhone. I have had many Androids, and got along great with them for many years. But each time I get a newer one, Google seems to try to take over more of my life. So many apps and features I not only don't need, but don't like. So I changed to the Apple side of the fence. No way I am spending $500 and up on a phone, so went refurbished. The first day trying to learn and set up this phone, I was about ready to throw it out the window. One negative is the app you use to mirror an Android to iPhone just does not work. Did searches and tried everything they suggested several times. I did find one good video on how to deal with it, and that person warned it was a hair ball. I ended up doing it manually. Transferred my contacts and photos using a cloud storage thing. Also went through the new phone and uninstalled a lot of STUFF I would never use. Getting along well with it now, and I have to say the quality of hardware, processor, and smooth operation are way better than the Androids I have had. Mainly I would like to recommend Mobile Supply as a seller. I got free shipping and free returns, and was surprised they sent it Overnight Priority no charge. It came from New York City to Montana less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Very pleased. And for my use I really like the very small size. The battery life is very good, charges quickly with the charger and cord that were included. I happily recommend the phone and the seller.

I bought a 13 mini in Refurbished - Excellent condition. When I received it I wasn’t all that impressed with the packaging. Simple cardboard box and surprisingly, not much protective material for the phone itself. It was simply put into a plastic sleeve and thrown in the box. It did come with a charging cube and cable. Anyways, the phone itself was in pretty good condition. Perfect screen. The back of the phone was also pretty perfect minus a few scratches. The perimeter of the phone however had some damage but again, nothing awful. My issue begins when I try to switch my SIM card from my old phone to this new phone. Turns out the phone I got was originally bought in China which wouldn’t be a big deal but my phone carrier is having connectivity issues. It’s completely fine on WiFi but I’m not always connected to WiFi. Either way I decided to test it out and I am indeed having connectivity issues. So, unfortunately, I will be returning this phone for that reason. I bought from the seller Woot and have decided to try buying a phone from them again once my refund is processed so I will update once I receive the newly ordered phone. — update — So I opted to instead buy from Amazon directly. I didn’t want to risk getting another foreign phone and I went with the right option. Came in great condition. There is a small scratch on the screen itself (even though I bought in “excellent” condition, but it’s seriously not even noticeable unless im actively looking for it). Battery health is at 89% which is great. The back of the phone is perfect. Was a bit dirty when I first got it but nothing a little alcohol and qtips won’t help. So far it’s working great, no issues at all. The switch from my old phone was super easy. It came in a sort of vacuum sealed plastic instead of just thrown in the box. It did only come with a charging cable though, no block. If that matters. Overall, if the option is available I would go with buying from Amazon directly instead of a third party seller to avoid any issues.

I had an iPhone 12 mini that just couldn’t take the update to iOS 26 because of memory. With much trepidation, I bought this iPhone 13 mini and it’s great! The battery is at 100% capacity - something I didn’t expect and it works great. I can’t see any scratches anywhere, camera works fine, highly recommend!

Llegó el producto y está como nuevo, hasta el momento todo va excelente, ya tenemos un mes con el y no tengo quejas.

El celular llegó sin ni un solo detalle de deterioro estético y con la batería al 100%, como si fuera nuevo. La caja es genérica así como también el cargador que envían, pero para mí que tenía los productos oficiales por otros aparatos Apple no fue inconveniente alguno. Realmente lo compré como celular de trabajo para no tener lo laboral en el teléfono personal y me rinde a la perfección, con el sistema operativo va que vuela y la duración de la bateria que yo le doy (uso espontáneo fuera de casa en horario laboral) me da hasta para 2 días entre carga, aunque usándolo como principal hice la prueba y apenas y dura el día laboral completo (8am-6pm). Fue una gran compra, el teléfono en perfecto estado, lo recomiendo.

Este teléfono es reacondicionado y por su precio de 5 mil pesos es una buena compra. Su estética es de un 90% buena salvo dos rayones de pantalla de 1 centímetro cada uno que solo se notan cuando el equipo esta apagado. La batería es del 80% y después de más de un mes de uso el equipo funciona bastante bien. Estos modelos mini tanto el 12 como el 13 son un beneficio para personas de manos pequeñas tanto por su facilidad de uso como por su peso ligero.

Es mi segundo equipo iPhone mini y el segundo que le compro al vendedor Buyspry. Ambos me han llegado muy bien en excelentes condiciones, este equipo lo compré con la "condición de Aceptable" (256gb) no tiene ningún detalle a simple vista ni de lejos, todo parece original no sale el mensaje de bateria llego en buena condición. Un equipo pequeño que no te estorba en los bolsillos de los pantalones, y que se puede sostener con una mano, actualizado a iOS 18.5 es un buen equipo para los que quieren un celular pequeño. Apenas llevare 1 mes con el equipo. Antes de comprar recomiendo que vean comentarios de los vendedores, videos etc. Porque puede que llegue excelente o puede que llegue muy mal, igual amazon ofrece devolución. Tampoco hay que esperar algo ultra mega bien, porque estos son equipos reacondicionados. Con chip AT&T me funciona bien, no me ha dado problema hasta el momento, no se caliente, no se apaga de la nada, y la duración de la batería es buena, trabajando con puros mensajes y fotos, me dura todo el dia.

El teléfono llegó en excelentes condiciones. Estética de 10 y la batería llegó con un 87%. Hasta el momento todo funciona bien. Es claro que no todos los celulares pueden llegar igual de bien, pero en mi caso me tocó uno muy bueno.
