No Effectiveness changes in strength. Bad quality

This Atom Whey is absolutely useless. The taste is extremely bitter and unpleasant, feels like drinking plain milk powder, not real protein. No mixability, no quality, nothing as promised. Totally disappointed and will never buy again.

Okay for beginners but try something more branded than this. The chocolate powder settles at the bottom in a few seconds after pouring but good as a top-up for your smoothie or shakes. Not highly recommended for serious muscle building.
