It started making noises during the first week, I thought it was due to bad assembly so I called a professional but the issue persists. My friend who recommended bought it in Europe and he doesn’t have same issue so they definitely have different qualities depending on which region you buy from.I don’t recommend

I have a bad back. With the combination of the 3d lumbar support, the back tilt which can lock, the adjustable seat depth, head rest, and the leg rest (with is very different to and much better than a foot rest), this chair is really really good. I've spent about £2000 on different ergonomic chairs and this one is definitely the best. One thing to be improved , the fabric on the seat kind of digs into the butt after 2 to 3 hours. Maybe a smoother softer fabric/seat area. Overall very happy. Thank you

This is one of the most surprising purchases I ever made online. I am a big guy, about 6 foot weighing more than 120 kgs. I always had bad luck with chair and broke at least 3 office chairs before I ended up buying this one. At first, I was skeptical of buying something very expensive from an unknown brand with hardly any reviews. Based on the reviews they got for their other products, I blindly trusted them and purchased this chair. It was shipped on time. Everything was packed in a large single box. I was in for a suprise when I opened the box. Every single item was wrapped very well and packed nicely. The instruction manual was very clear and easy to follow. The chair can be assembled by a single person. Each part is heavy, sturdy and screamed quality as I started assembling the chair. The chair is very comfortable to sit throughout the day, it has excellent lumbar support. It is height adjustable, arms can be rotated, lean back and lock works perfectly, foot rest is good. The nylon net both at the back and the bottom are sturdy and should last long. Overall an excellent chair.

Todo es perfecto. La silla es cómoda, y los materiales están de califad, el único contra es que si no eres muy alto, el cabezal en lugar de ayudar te va a estorbar. Lo que yo hice fue quitarlo y así si me acomoda.

The pattern isn’t great

Using as my office chair. My working hours on the chair are long. I genuinely find it very comfortable to use. The adjustable lumbar support of this chair really works (atleast for me). I never found the lumbar supports promised in some of the other chairs that I have used before, to be very receptive to the needs of my back. But this one really is good. The movement of hand rests in multiple directions was also important to me and works great. The only gripe is that I would have liked the hand rests to go a little more lower. I can still live with that in view of the overall great purchase. Money well invested.
