The "Ultimate Book of Home Plans" has been a fantastic resource for my DIY home renovation projects. With over 680 home plans, there's something for every taste and preference, whether you're looking for a cozy cottage or a modern mansion. The sections on home design and outdoor living ideas are particularly inspiring, giving me plenty of concepts to incorporate into my own projects. However, I found that some plans lack the detailed information I was hoping for. While the book provides a good starting point, I often had to seek out additional resources to get the specifics needed for implementation. For someone like me, who enjoys diving into the nitty-gritty details of a project, this was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the book has been an invaluable tool in sparking ideas and guiding the early stages of planning. It’s an excellent addition to my DIY library, even if it sometimes requires supplementing with more detailed information.

Really terrific selection of home plans for folks who want to build their next home from cottages to 5 and 6 bedrooms.

Great planner.

I purchased this book over a few others because the others said it had large footage homes. Well, this one has 85% of the plans for homes over 2,000 sq ft. Also, I didn't see many different plans than the several other older books printed in 2010 or so. Seems there isn't any difference from one house plan book to the others. Will look online for the square footage home we would like.

This book has every immaginable house style and plan in it. It was purchased as a gift, but I was very impressed and so was the recipient. Highly recommend. Nice to review for anyone considering building a home.

it was 85% Great But would Have Been 100% Better if The Plans was a bit Bigger ? but i still give it 4 Stars.

Bought this for my parents who are designing a new house and they absolutely love it for ideas. It was much thicker than expected too, great book for floor plan ideas.
