This isn't the first copper supplement I've tried, but it's definitely the best. Bioactive copper provides a highly absorbable copper, which is one of the reasons some studies suggest 70% of Americans are deficient in copper, a vital nutrient for good health. You see advertisements everywhere for the promotion of zinc, but what they fail to mention is that if you supplement zinc, you WILL be deficient in Copper, a vital trace mineral for the formation of red blood cells. And vice versa, if you take copper, you also need to supplement with zinc. Of course, not at the same time or they'll cancel each other out. I have found this product to be of exceptional quality. And although I'm highly sensitive to tastes, I don't even notice the taste. And I plan to continue taking it.

No bad taste

This is my favorite. I know people use this for when they are sick, but I uses it to help me walk. My leg muscles feel weak and stiff sometimes (this is more likely a vitamin deficiency) but I rely on this to help me to walk without pain. This also works great if you are getting a sore throat - sore throat is gone is two days. I love this product and will always have on hand. The seller is good and the shipping and packaging are great as this is in glass bottles.

Great product, no taste at all, it just goes very quickly at the recorded dose!! It’s gone within a week.

I tried this copper a few times now. From my experience I have notice my joint pain is less and inflammation. I notice I do get more energy from taking this. The taste is bearable not really a nasty taste I can't quite describe what it taste like. I did not know the body needed copper I'm so used to hearing about other vitamins and nutrients the body needs. I will be more from this brand.

Ever since I was introduced to this, it has changed my life tremendously. I got sick returning from a mini vacation, so I immediately took a few drops of this combined together with zinc. After 12 hours, I was in recovery mode feeling better to go to work the next day. This product is the truth!
