I did not review this product, but I received an email from Amazon stating that my review is now live. I received a call from Activa customer care, and they asked for an OTP after posting a 5-star review on their product without my knowledge. In reality, the product is very poor. Within 7 months of purchase, the main heating element was damaged, and I also experienced electric shock issues. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that there is no service available in my area. They shared a Google Form to collect product details so they could send the heating element to my residential address. I filled in all the details and submitted the form, but I did not receive any confirmation message or email. I also do not know how to follow up on this.
